That’s a staggering statistic if you stop and think about it, yet most of us think it will never happen to us. - If you have hollow doors, think about changing them for a solid model.
- If you have glass panes in your doors, make sure you install a double cylinder lock – even if a burglar breaks the pane he doesn’t have a key to unlock if from the inside.
- Some thieves are so gutsy they’ll bust their way in even if you're there – install a wide angle peephole in your door so you can get a good look at who's out there.
